Does it take a good wall or fence to make a good neighbor? As you herd reindeer, create things from wood, make a polite and sanitized nation, there is a bear who stalks the woods. He marks with scat, he prowls, and he sniffs. What does he smell? Does he smell your dolled up women and tremble? Does he give space to your tables on bright avenues? Does the bear show himself in daytime, or mostly prowl at night? True warriors crossed your borders to thwart the bear’s true nature, and to redeem some. What are you doing now that involves any risk? Are you happy in studies and ease? Don’t you know that you are poor and naked and blind? Come to me for eye salve so that you may see, assess, turn, and live. The hour is late, the time critical, and you stand on the brink. Your southern neighbors can still tell which way the wind blows, and they prepare for winter. Join them.

About Kent DaVault

Believer, husband, father, grandfather, professor, voice to the nations. This blog is for comfort, exhortation, and edification. These are the attributes of general prophecy in I Corinthians 14 from The Bible. The entries are first person point of view from God as He prompts me what He would like to say. These entries are not scripture, I am not God, and all entries must be held to the light of scripture. I am human and therefore fallible. If any entries are not biblically sound, I welcome feedback... May you be richly blessed of God.
