Are you so foolish, having been set free, will you return to wallowing? Are the flesh pots and leeks that attractive. As it is written, stand fast in the liberty where Christ has made you free and do not be entangled again with bondage. Do not entangle yourself in the affairs of State, but rather put on the ornament of Christ. Let the preachers say so. Let the spirit of faith arise again. Turn your back on the works of striving, and strive to enter again into your rest. Abandonment is your new ornament. Reckon that you have nothing to lose, for truly, you do not have anything at all to lose. You are poor, and naked, and blind, but I clothe you with sparkling raiment, salve for your eyes to see, and the true riches in Christ. Will you let the whore guide you and dine on your flesh? Will the harlot teach you of desire. No, a thousand times no! You are my chaste virgin, set aside, consecrated only to me. Betrothed only to me, and I am jealous over you. I will fight for you. Do you think that heaven has no standard to raise. Watch the flood, for an ensign will arise in the torrent. An ensign for all to see. Watch the waters part, see the path before you, walk in supernatural confidence which I provide. Freely you have received, freely give. You have been delivered, confirm your deliverance by delivering captives yourself.

About Kent DaVault

Believer, husband, father, grandfather, professor, voice to the nations. This blog is for comfort, exhortation, and edification. These are the attributes of general prophecy in I Corinthians 14 from The Bible. The entries are first person point of view from God as He prompts me what He would like to say. These entries are not scripture, I am not God, and all entries must be held to the light of scripture. I am human and therefore fallible. If any entries are not biblically sound, I welcome feedback... May you be richly blessed of God.
